Now, on to my review of Griffin and Dianna finally finding their HEA! (happily ever after)

Griffin had a knack for choosing women that quickly went from “I like you, to “let’s move in together”. He also had a knack for messing up every relationship he had and disappointing the women involved because he didn’t know how to emotionally attach, so he usually preferred to have a good time and see you later….until he met Dianna. But he had to put Dianna out of his mind, because he wasn’t here to find love he was here for his son, except that he couldn’t seem to stay away from her or stop thinking about her.

Let’s back up a little bit to what brought Griffin to Cross Creek. Griffin came to Cross Creek in search of the son he just learned he had. This was Griffin’s chance to be there for someone, for his child (or in this case adult son) the way no one had been there for him.

Dianna owned and ran The Baking Rack completely on her own. She came to Moss Creek in search of a fresh start to make something of herself all on her own. She’s been burned before and had no intention of repeating that mistake by letting anyone else in. Part of her brain and heart had other plans though because she couldn’t stop thinking about Griffin.

Griffin and Dianna’s relationship is a fast roller coaster of highs and lows that test them both more than they ever planned and more than they were prepared for. They were both broken before they even met and their relationship seems to break them more. But it’s the final break they both needed in order to completely and finally let everything go and bare their soul to each other.
